What to Expect During Your Visit…

Before your first visit you will be required to fill out a client health questionnaire. This is vital information that will be used to help Jennifer give you the best treatment possible, as determined through your needs and goals. You can complete this questionnaire online when booking or at the studio during your first visit.

When you arrive at the studio, Jennifer will discuss your health questionnaire with you while you receive a hot foot soak in epsom salt on the massage chair. From there you will move over to the heated massage table to begin the treatment.

As soon as you are comfortable, Jennifer will begin your reflexology session. Your treatment is performed by candlelight with soft background music, and can be completed either lying down or sitting up if you prefer. This is your time to relax! During your treatment Jennifer will not initiate conversation, but if you wish to talk that is okay as well.

After the treatment, you will be given a short time to relax. Before you leave the studio Jennifer will discuss your treatment plan, payment options and any future appointments.

DO INSURANCE COMPANIES COVER REFLEXOLOGY?

Yes, many insurance companies cover Reflexology under their health care spending accounts. Check with your provider to see if you are covered.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE STUDIO OFFER?

Jennifer’s Reflexology accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH, AND E-TRANSFER. Payment can be made in studio after the appointment.

WILL I BE THE ONLY ONE IN THE STUDIO DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes. Jennifer has one treatment room and gives herself plenty of time between clients so we you never feel rushed.

WHO SHOULD HAVE REFLEXOLOGY?

Reflexology is for everyone!

There are, however, changes in the session that are required for Newborns, The Elderly, or Ill. Less pressure will be used and these clients often receive shorter treatment times.
