“I started reflexology with Jen when I was about 37 weeks pregnant with my first. I loved every part of the experience. Right from when I arrived, Jen would always greet me with a smile, a warm foot soak, and even a hot pack for my neck before even getting started on reflexology. The treatments were so helpful for me leading all the way up to having my baby, but also afterward. It allowed me to relax my body and get in tune with it. I don't think I could have had a better prenatal and postpartum experience and Jen's reflexology was a huge reason.”
